3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total weight, volumetric dimensions, destination country, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address (including postal code, apartment/suite number, and phone number for courier delivery).

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed at customs/local post office:

    • You will be charged for re-shipping fees (actual cost).

    • If you request a refund instead, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of [e.g., 15%] will apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

8. Restricted Destinations & Serviceable Countries
